Hyde Responding to the latest Government guidelines

As the government has announced a slight easing in restrictions put in place in March, here at Hyde we are making our plans in response. Our main concern is to keep our customers and our employees as safe as possible as we consider how we reintroduce services.

We are making no immediate changes to our services.

Throughout the lockdown, most of our employees have continued to work. We have adapted our services to new circumstances. Along with our contractors, we are delivering close to a normal cleaning and gardening service.

Our repairs service has offered emergency repairs and essential repairs, as set out on our website. With your help, we have not faced high demand for repairs. Thank you again for only requesting essential services. This has allowed us to focus on customers who really need our help.

We are very proud of the local employees – cleaners, gardeners, repairs and maintenance staff, property managers and scheme officers who have continued to work on the front line.

We will use the period ahead to reorganise office working and to reassure our employees about new arrangements. We are discussing safe working practices and resourcing levels with our contractor partners.

We will be in touch again shortly to tell you more about reintroducing some of our services, what you can expect and how we will support you to stay safe.

In the meantime, please continue to check our website for the latest information.

Thank you for your patience and your support through this difficult time.
